Marina Baja Vacation Packages

The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. He didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish so the communication was not easy, and thats not a positive thing

The hotel was in good location, parking at the hotel was easy. Staff were very good at check in. The hotel is very outdated but shower was great and room was spotless. It did exactly what we needed for 1 night in beautiful Dénia. We got back to the hotel around 11pm. It was full on party and noisy but didn’t affect us and we could t hear anything from our room.

Great location and a nice room, but the stay was let down by poor maintenance. The fridge was dirty, smelled terrible and did not work, so we ended up buying ice just to keep our water cold during the hot Alicante days. We reported it in person and by email, but it was only replaced on our last day. The shower also leaked water into the main room area. A basic room check before arrival would have prevented most of this.

Nice apartment. There is enough cutleries. There is a coffee machine(no pods). The fridge has drinks available. The water was free, there was a menu showing the process for the other drinks. There is air conditioning. Sofa bed was very comfy. There is a hair dryer. Very cLose to the beach. There is balcony. Shops nearby. Mercado central is right across the road. Checked out at 12. Was able to leave the bags at the reception. Also was able to use the shower in the evening when I went to get the bags back. Very friendly and helpful receptionist.
